Can't get HD ABC,NBC,CBS or Fox on my MAXHD

Just re set-up my unit after moving and scanned 110,119,118 and dont have any LOCAL HD channels..Did I do something wrong?

Go to config city and set it for state and new city......

I did that and still cant get them, All other channels are coming in fine. I set on my receiver YES local channels and Tampa (90miles away) as my city

do factory reset and rescan your sat's then............
