Captive works 600 P down

Hi

I posted once already but it ended up in the files section and I am not sure why because I picked this heading out of the list the first time but oh well, I am new to this. My machhine has been down for a a month or two and I have been applying all the files as they come out but with no luck, my channels are still scrambled. Is there aomething that I have to do with this machine to make it run....

Have you tried the search button for the How to for cw600 premium use it and you will find your anwser..........1 time spoonfeed per member.....use it wisely.....

Thank you for the 1 time spoonfed per person....the page didn't help me sorry...I did all searches before I posted today and came up with nothing. Is there anyone else that has a captiveworks 600 that is not working, because everyone I know around me who has them are all down and it has been quite awhile. That was the main reason I posted the question was for help. I know how to update the files for the machine but nothing is working.
