Ciel-2 Launch

The SES AMERICOM's Ciel-2 remains scheduled for launch this morning at 8:43 EST. The satellite, which will rocket from Baikonur Cosmodrome via the Proton M launch vehicle, is slated to provide a suite of HD services for DISH Network. Ciel-2 was built for Canada's Ciel Satellite group which is 70 percent owned by SES. Watch for SkyREPORT breaking news.
