coolsat 6000 dim lights

I have a coolsat 6000 dim lights have tried nvram reset it loads factory bin lights stay on when i try to load the new bin it get to 100 percent but never says finished so when i hit cancel has dim lights again i have tried teh laod factory done a reset 3 times still no sucess in loading new bin any one can help would be greatly appreciated Thanks

i believe there are 3 steps before you get to finish with the loader ,write,erase and save then finish.so try factory bin first and then latest bin.

save ? i know it loads file 100 and erases it and finishes but will not on latest file
