CoolSat Help

help - just got a new CoolSat 6100, plugged everything in, uploaded all required satellites but now I have "$" signs and message saying "Scrambled Channel". Please help, not sure what to do next. If someone can give me guidance and step by step as what to do it would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
