Correct CNX Duo Dongle File/Factory File

What is the latest file for a for IX200 Dongle? Also is the DTP2.53.UPB the correct Factory File? IP Populates, Will not register and OFF SERVICE......

I'm using the DTP2.53 file with my Duo & everything connects, just have to wait a few minutes for things to shake hands to & from the servers. Thereafter the OFF changes to ON service. Don't worry about the registration as long as you get a local IP address.
