Could I unlock a cell phone to another network?

OK, so I want the Samsung t401G, but it's from Net 10. Could I get it from Tracfone? If I unlock the phone, could I use it for Tracfone? Thanks!!

You can't get it from Tracfone, but you probably could unlock it and use it for Tracfone. It's all in the data card.
