DEALS: DISH Gets Barrington Stations,
Outdoor Channel Inks DIRECTV Deal
DISH Network said it reached a retransmission consent agreement with Barrington, a deal that covers HD carriage of KRCG in the Jefferson City-Columbia, Mo., market. Also as part of the agreement, DISH will launch two additional local HD stations by the end of September: WEYI in Flint, Mich., and KHQA in Quincy, Ill. --- Outdoor Channel said it secured a multi-year distribution agreement with DIRECTV. The network has been on the DBS service since 2002.
