December 16 Temp Fix

It has been reported that some older bins will get you past the Dec 15 Bev ECM...load the following bins and you should get your Bev back...not sure how long this will last.

Viewsats - use the 07-12-07 bin
Coolsat 7000 PVR - use Cs7000_norw_v126_20071205
CW600p - use bin 1.60
CW600p - use bin 1.59
Visionsat - use bin 134
