Does anyone know how to use Windows drivers to transfer pictures from my camera to my computer ?

I have it to where I can do it through Kodak but they don't go in my pictures like they do when I use the bluetooth with my phone and I want them to.Can anyone tell me how to do this ? Thanks.

I did not fully understand your question but if you think you have a Windows driver problem have a look at this article http://www.clickdigitalproducts.com/featured-products/software/how-to-update-windows-device-drivers.html that gives you info on some software that makes it easy to ensure you have all the correct and up to date drivers installed in your computer.
