This is the second mission of the game and introduces Franklin and Lamar. Grand Theft Auto V, Grand Theft Auto, GTA5, GTA 5, GTA v, GTA V WalkthroughThis entire mission will focus on driving.
You can pick either car, white or red.
All you'll be doing on this mission, is racing Lamar through the city. It's Not too difficult. Though your car will be very fast with poor steering. Do not floor it, and be prepared to brake when needed.
The best way to avoid crashing is to use Franklin's special ability to slow time down. Just Click the two control sticks at the same time. You will receive a 'bullet time' moment where everything goes slow motion. Now you will have more time to react, and the car will suddenly be a lot easier to steer and brake.
Once the police are notified you will need to lose them. You can do this quickly if you stick to streets with lots of buildings, and wait for an opportunity to drive into an alleyway. Just make sure the cops don't see you go in. Hide your car until the alert wears down.
Now Carefully drive the car to the dealership avoiding any damage.
Now Hop into the white car at the rear of the dealership. Your destination is Franklin's house, indicated on the map. Once the mission is completed and you have saved it, you are finally free to explore the map.
Now go have some fun exploring!
To get Gold on this mission:
- Not a Scratch - You must deliver the car with no damage.
- Focused Driver -Use Franklin's special ability for at least seven seconds.
- Winner -Win the race with Lamar.
- We Come in Peace - While driving through the movie studio, avoid hitting aliens. Just Use your special ability to navigate the studio.
