This mission is a Michael mission, though Trevor can initiate it as well.
Head to Michael's house and watch the awkward cut scene.
Jump into Michael's car and drive to the Maze Bank Arena. Park out front of the arena and go inside and watch the next cut scene.
Follow Michael and get in the transport truck outside of the arena.
You now have to chase Lazlow. You can't catch Lazlow, you just have to keep up with him until his car runs out of battery power. Ditch the trailer by pressing on your right directional pad, this will help you keep up with Lazlow. But you will not get gold if you do.
Gun the truck on straightaways and hold off the gas on corners. Try your best to avoid hitting anything to maintain your speed.
Take the dive down into the culvert head on, and try to straighten out the truck with the left joystick while in the air.
To get Gold:
- Fastest Speed - When in the truck, reach top speed. Use the first straightaway to get up to maximum speed. Stick to the right-side-of the road to avoid-collisions. Any slowdowns can ruin your chances.
- Bearing Down - Stay close to Lazlow during the chase. Easily the toughest achievement. You cannot hit anything during the chase, and do not let him get too far-ahead.
- I Can Park Here - Knock out the event coordinator.
- All Hooked Up - Don't unhook the trailer.
