In order to unlock Blitz Play, you must first complete some preparation work. You can do these missions in any order and with either Michael, Franklin or Trevor.
Trash Truck Mission:
The Trash Truck can be found in East Vinewood and La Mesa areas.
Once you track it down, you need to steal it and bring it to the FIB warehouse in El Burro Heights.
Once you deliver the truck, the mission ends.
To get gold:
- Time - Complete the mission within 5 minutes.
- Undented - Deliver the Trashmaster with no damage.
- In The Dust - Reach top speed in the Trashmaster.
Boiler Suits Mission:
Just go to the Strawberry Ammu-Nation and purchase three boiler suits.
Once the suits are purchased, the mission is complete.
To get gold:
- Quick Shopper - Purchase the boiler suits within 30 seconds.
- United Colors - Purchase a different color for each character.
Masks Mission:
Drive to Vespucci Beach and go to 'Vespucci Movie Masks'.
Buy three masks and the mission ends.
To get gold:
Face Time - Purchase all masks within 20 seconds.
Cliche - Purchase white hockey masks for each character.
Tow Truck Mission:
The Tow Truck is found at an auto repair shop on Elysian Island.
Either kill or knock out the mechanic working beside the Tow Truck.
Then steal it and bring it to the FIB warehouse in El Burro Heights.
Once you deliver the truck the mission ends.
To get gold:
- Time - Complete the mission within 3 minutes.
- Not a Scratch - Deliver the Tow Truck with no damage
- Truckin - Reach top speed in the Tow Truck.
The getaway car:
You need a getaway car for this heist. To complete this mission, just park a 4 seater car in a hidden place and call Franklin, Michael or Trevor.
Blitz Play Mission:
Once you have completed Blitz Play: Intro, the Trash Truck, the three Boiler Suits, the Three Masks, the Tow Truck and a getaway car prep work missions, Blitz Play will be unlocked and ready to go.
Head to El Burro heights to begin the mission and watch the cut scene.
Now jump in the Trash Truck and drive to the way point. Drive carefully and avoid any trouble on the way.
Once in position, watch the cut scene.
Then drive to the way point and park the Trash Truck blocking both lanes of traffic.
You will be switched to Franklin to ram the security truck.
Now plant Sticky Bombs on the back doors of the security truck, get back and blow them open.
You will now need to fight your way out.
You can switch between all three characters, each can provide something useful to the fight.
Move Franklin to behind the concrete barrier and clear the cops to the west. If you have some, use Grenades on the police cars.
Have both Franklin and Michael covering the western side until you are notified of NOOSE guys flanking you from behind. Send one of them to take the NOOSE guys out from the north alley way.
Trevor's got a high position, which is good for both sniping and rockets.
Now you will need to switch to Trevor and take out three snipers on the roof. You must take them out for the mission to continue.
Use Trevor's rockets to take out the helicopter. Wait until it's steady before taking the shot or aim in front of it before you shoot.
Switch to Franklin, head for the Trash Truck and drive to the getaway location.
Once there, throw Sticky Bombs on the Trash Truck and destroy it.
Now drive away in your getaway car.
You will be automatically switched to Michael.
Drive to the way point and watch the final cut scene.
To get gold:
- Hawk Down - Shoot down the helicopter as Trevor. Be sure to aim carefully.
- Headshots - Kill 12 enemies with headshots. There are many opportunities.
- Accuracy - Finish with an accuracy of at least 60%. Just use auto aim.
- Switcher - Switch characters ten times. (Just keep switching.)
