This mission can be started by either Franklin or Trevor.
Head to the way point to begin the mission.
If you're Trevor it will be at the police department. Head to the front desk and then through the back door. Go up to the roof and get into the police chopper. If your Franklin it will be at the FIB warehouse in El Burro Heights. Trevor will meet you there in the police chopper. Either way you will now be Trevor.
You will first need to scan for Franklin.
Then point the scanner towards the blue triangles on the horizon. The pilot will automatically head in that direction.
Once there, scan each blue box for your suspect. You will not find your suspect in this area.
Now head to the next batch of suspects. Repeat scanning people until you find your suspect.
Once he is located follow him. Keep your scanner on him, if he disappears just wait for him to reappear.
When he gets to the garage Franklin will confront him and a chase will begin. Just keep your scanner on him and follow as best as you can.
Eventually the suspect will drive inside a parking garage.
You will be switched to a infrared scanner. First scan Franklin who is standing up waving. Now scan furthest to your left. The suspect will be sitting in the car.
You will be automatically switched to Franklin. Kill the suspect, jump in the car and drive out of the parking area. There will be a lot of cars in your way, take your time to prevent damage.
Now drive it to the airport to Devin Weston's hangar. Use Franklin's special ability to prevent damage.
If you let the suspect live. He will eventually call the cops and you will need to lose your wanted level.
To get gold:
- Not a Scratch - Deliver the car with no damage. Just be sure to kill the suspect, to avoid a wanted level.
- Eavesdropper - Listen to thre conversations. When you're scanning, just listen to people talking 3 times.
- I See You - Find Chad's hiding place on the first attempt. He's the furthest guy to the left.
