How can I make a design in Photoshop and save it to use it as template on Word?

How can I make a design in Photoshop and save it to use it as template on Word? I am doing a Newsletter, and obviously I am planning on using the same format on pretty much any issue. So I finished designing the cover page but how can I save it to use it and edit it in word whenever the text in my newsletter changes?Thanks in advance.

Save it as a picture (JPG, PNG, whatever) and paste it into a word document. Then make sure the word wrap is set to "Behind Text". You may need to add a text box to the document to hold your text if simply typing over the graphic is too much of a pain. File > Save As > Save as Type... Word Template.
