How do I save a edited Adobe Photoshop picture file as a regular picture?

Well, I got a desktop background on google. I used photoshop to edit it and now I want to save it as a picture file and put it as my desktop background. How do I do this?

Just go to File Menu on far top left. Scroll down to "Save As". Under Format, use the tab and scroll down to JPEG (.jpg, etc etc). Save it

Click File, Save As, under the format section choose JPEG.
