However, let me give you a few tips about coloring photos.Let's just say you have a B&W photo and you want to color in certain objects to make them jump out at you. So, first of all select the brush tool, and make sure the size of the brush is not too big or small. Use your eye dropper tool to select the color you want from the color swatches. Make sure you still have the brush tool selected and lower the opacity and flow to like 70%. You may need to do trial and error with these numbers until it looks exactly how you want it. But you probably do not want it at 100% because it gives such a harsh line, which would look very fake in comparison to the rest of your photo.
