How do you undo a friend request on Facebook?

I added a person on Facebook however I it was the wrong person and I want to cancel it. They have not approved my request yet! How do you undo a friend request?

Simply un-friend them after they accept your friend request. Chances are they will not discover you deleted them.

Just go to "sent request" and click "cancel request".

blackdemon is correct you must wait till these people approve your request, then you can definitely remove them.

1. Click to your friend list.
2. Click to their name.
3. Click the "X" by their name.

That should delete the request.

Try block the person then unblock them. Its worth a try!
