How to password protect a Windows 7 computer USB ports?

Can I protect my Windows computer UBS port by asking for a password when someone insert a flash drive? How would I set it up?

If you had a Linux distributions no problem, but since you have Windows, there is no way to password protect USB post on a Windows computer right out of the box, you will need third party software.
