just loaded v253 cant get channel 121 on dn and cant get 714,713,712 on Nimiq 82, should i change the file or are my settings wrong

ok im running 258 file channel 121 down dn is down also 714 713 712 r down also you dont have to change the file but if you do go with 258 file if you want it wont bring the channel back there no freez with this 258 file so far

Thank you , im running 259 and there is no freezing, anikf3 some channels work on 10750 others on 10600, do I need 2 ports? or is there another option
