limesat ultra no internet connection lights on port not working cable ok remover cover and re pluged port what to do next

tryed all that no good what next

Hard to work with little info. Is this a new setup or has it worked before? If it has never worked before start from square one. Factory default, reload files, settings, scan, follow the directions very carefully.

was working then has power out now no lights nor ip

First save your private server code then go to menu and reset box to factory condition then input info/scan sat's and see if it does work if not...load factory file and rebbot box then load new file for your box then the info and scan.
