New PVR boot loop problem

I have a brand new Limesat Ultra and any time I upgrade it with a bin file that is not an 'official' factory file the digital display flashes 'boot' and won't go any further. I can flash back to any factory file 1.02, 1.03 and then it works. As soon as try to flash even the 2.01 factory file the boot problem occurs. I have tried loading the bins from the USB and from the serial port. I have also tried the turning it off unplugged for at least 30 minutes. Nothing seems to help. Any suggestions?

Let it sit overnight unplugged and now it just works. That is the weirdest thing ever.
