I have a Pansat 2700a! If I follow the instructions listed w/ the TronicsBinModv1_5_GUI.zip, will I be able to watch tv?

I apologize if the definition of a puff file is on another page. but is a puff file intended for cloned fta units? example being a pansat 2500 cloned to act like 2700?
