A Miami man is charged with animal cruelty for allegedly having sex with his dog, a Great Dane named Christie Brinkley.
Armand M. Pacher, a 64-year-old former insurance executive, was arrested Friday and could face up to five years in prison after reportedly telling a staff member at a veterinary clinic about having sex with his two-and-a-half year old dog, reports the Miami Herald. When the staffer was asking Pacher about his pet, he allegedly said, "She doesn't seem to enjoy it as much when we have sex. Maybe it's because I haven't been as energetic lately and that's why she's not enjoying it."
A veterinarian later inspected the dog and concluded that there was evidence of forced sexual activity that did not come from another dog.
Pacher's attorney says his client was making a joke and should not have been charged.
