PHOENIX, (UPI) -- Chris Young drove in four runs and Adam LaRoche went 2-for-4 with a pair of RBI Saturday to power the Arizona Diamondbacks to an 8-5 victory over Toronto.

Young's hits capped a pair of four-run Arizona innings. His two-run double in the first made it 4-0 and his two-run single in the next frame posted the D-backs to an 8-1 advantage.

LaRoche also drove in one run apiece in each of the big innings as Arizona won its fourth straight game.

Edwin Jackson (3-5) pitched well enough for the win, surrendering five runs on five hits over 7 2/3 innings, fanning nine. Chad Qualls hurled a scoreless ninth to pick up his ninth save of the year.

Dana Eveland (3-4) was charged with all eight Arizona runs in just 1 1/3 innings of work.

Edwin Encarnacion popped a three-run homer and Aaron Hill added a solo shot in the Blue Jays' loss.
