MLB: Baltimore 5, Seattle 4 (11 innings)

BALTIMORE, Nick Markakis came home on an 11th-inning squeeze bunt by Adam Jones Monday, giving the Baltimore Orioles a 5-4 victory over Seattle.

Markakis led off the 11th with a double off Sean White (0-1) and moved to third on Ty Wigginton's groundout. One out later, Jones (3-for-5) laid down a perfect bunt and Markakis (3-for-6) came home untouched to give the O's a win in the first of three games with the Mariners.

Seattle took a 4-3 lead in the 10th on Adam Moore's solo homer but Baltimore came right back in the bottom of the frame to tie it again when Julio Lugo coaxed a bases-loaded walk from David Aardsma.

Matt Albers (5-3) was credited with the win for pitching a scoreless top of the 11th.

Moore went 4-for-5 and Jose Lopez added a pair of hits and an RBI for the Mariners.
