[Noobie Question?] my captiveworks cw-4000hd quits scanning

Previously, I couldnt get the unit to scan. I pushed 1346 for the display reset? Now it scans, but I have zero signal on any bird. I did have 85 to 100 just prior to resetting. Anyone know what changed? The manual doesnt tell you anything except that 1346 resets the display to the factory setting.

I dont have signal either. I have pansat 2700a, but 2 weeks ago it is not showing signal. I don't know if DN is down or what is happening?
