My pictures from my camera will not download to my pc.?

I have Canon SX100 and my sister rebooted our computer and now my pictures from my camera will not download to my computer. Help? I re downloaded the imaging software program and I still can't download the images to my pc. What should I do. I usually never have this problem because I have windows xp, and the images just come up once I connect my cam to my pc, but nothing seems to work!!!!

you should have a cd which comes with the camera when you bought it. re install it. if not go to the canon website, www.canon.com and download the software for youre camera
