For the last month my VS Pro will not recieve the EPG with the new bins.
I get a tuner lock on Bell, but after the 2.5 minutes of downloading I still have no information for the channels. Is there a software fix for the reciever that I need .
you might try to go into menu set time zone GMT to your zone in time settings . or & load EPG in menu in user setting and then EPG setting then down load EPG for both providers . Good luck let us know if this works ..
