Only audio on 8000hd

How is it that some channels on B3V only have audio coming in and black screen ? If someone could provide some howto about this issue...

Also a lot of B3V channels that are supposed to have been tested and up are not coming in (even after several minutes). Is it about how the channels have been scanned ? (Scan sat, Scan all, Blind scan)

I think this only happens on HD channels ....& I don't think bev is working right now on sonicveiw ..maybe some other members my be able to help...I don't thing they encrypt audio for HD channels...
