[Question?] Pansat 2700

hello i have a few questions 1st one is why do my boxes have different channel names but they are the kind? like one box will say HBO and the other will say TV300. next question is when loading the channel master do i need to do it before i load bin file or after? every time i try it makes all channels zero.
any help would be great.

you should save your settings so that they can be reloaded againg....so you would not loose any of them......
