PLEASE I need help

I have just bought a viewsat ultra and now i don't know what to do. I tried to download the proloader and the file but it doesn't work like loading my ks5000.PLEASE will someone help me to get my new view going. I don't know to much about computers so it will have to be in simple English so i will understand. THANK-you in advance for any help you can give me .
