Shooting near Prince George injures 1

RCMP are investigating a shooting on a rural property near West Lake, south of Prince George.

Officers who were en route Friday to a report about a robbery and shots fired found a man with a non-life threatening bullet wound, said Cpl. Craig Douglass.

The man was taken to hospital.

Douglass said police set up road blocks as they searched for suspects in a 1990's white van with no windows in the back and bearing Alberta license plates.

The occupants are considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached, Douglass said.
