[Noobie Question?] Skyview loader & Vista

Help! I need a Skyview plus 1000 loader that is compatible with Windows Vista. The one I have works great on XP (old puter) but does not seem to work with my new laptop (Vista). Is there a loader out there specifically for Vista or is there some trick to make it work?

Try right clicking on the .exe and click properties.
Under the compatability tab select compatability mode as Xp sp2 and try again.
