its not for dn.. telefonica is a provider for South America which is not available in North America
is a Spanish telecom company that provides digital satellite TV service in South America from Amazona bird 61.0W.

Many 3rd party support groups release bins labeled as "Telefo or "Amazonas" when Telef changes keys, and hard-codes the new keys into the latest bin version

If one is not in South America / does not have an LNB pointed at 61.0W, there is generally no reason to load these bin revisions.
