Update my Ati Driver?

K whenever i go to play Counter-Strike Source i get this outdated driver thing and i cant fix, i continue without it but my comp reboots then. So i have a laptop, ATI Radeon Xpress 200m Series, version 6.14.10.6606 and i cant update it so plzzzz help me!
