[Problem!] Veiwsat Etreme Duplicate Channels

I have 2 Viewsat Extremes. One that keeps duplicating channels when I load the new current bins. One channels works and the other duplicate does not. If I try to manually delete them, it locks up and I have to restart it. Does any one know how to repair this issue? I have even tried the factory reset already. Then update with current bins. My other veiwsat loads fine.
