Well here it is the all awaited New GUI. While it has a nicer look and more geared towards a HD receiver this New GUI file is much more then pretty looks. There have been many improvements done to it. Though it may still have its problems the Coders are always looking to make the improvements.
The following are just some of the features added/fixed:
- Anik F3 HD Turbo-Q
- HDMI Output selection 1080i/720P
- Receiver lockups and reboot improvements
- USB Storage Scan Fixed
- Dolby Improvement (Compatibility for more Amps)
- PVR Function Improvements
While Dolby has been greatly improved some may still have issues with your certain brand at this time. The PVR Functions are not fully completed and are still being rewritten. Till it’s completion they have made improvements for better operation. It is recommended to use major brands such as WD, LaCie etc..etc. for best operation compatibility.
