Waited it out long enough... What to do?

I have the ViewSat UltraLite and have been "wait it out" mode for 1.5 years now. I have tried to figure out from the forums what "next steps" entail: a WF? Anyone know reputable dealer, I live in rural Northern ON, Canada, (outside TBay) so if I can get it shipped to my home that would be easiest.
It sounds WF is the cheapest, and it will work with the ViewSat Ultra Lite - am I understanding all this right.

if you look in the forum page before signing in there are few sites sponsors that offer it shop for FTA is one of them or try to Google view-sat weather forecaster there will be plenty of shops that offer it ....
