What is the best motherboard for core i7?

I am trying to figure out what motherboard would be best for the Core i7

I have an Asus P6X58D Premium and it works great. Was very easy to get running and runs nice and cool.

Depends on which i7 you're getting. The 900 series i7 uses a 1366 socket X58 board, and the 800 series Lynnfield Core i7s use an 1156 pin P55 board

I would go with the Core i7 2600K - 1155 socket and get ASUS P8Z68 board.

Go look at the reviews on the motherboard, but stick with MSI and Asus. Learn the history of the board if you can, look all over don't just trust one website, read everything you can on the motherboard before you decide purchase it.
