Why do some channel come in and others don't?

Only certain channels come in using the WF. Even with strong signal and quality, why don't some channels work, i.e. locals? Also anyone know why channels like fox new and disney have no quality strength? Any fix for this?

As things goes now with the links to the server you get what they give out,, I far as I know there only a few city that the server have got open for the locals and if your not in one of those places like I am we just not going to get them,,,
The other guestion about fox new and disney??? are those channel working for you?? because the channels are working,, but for some reason many just don't see the quality.. I myself have the samething with my system,, it works real good I just don't see the quality.. and it only on the 119 bird,,

Blind rescanned satelite channel lists with new prg file and now getting most channels with exception of ppv, sports and locals. Also make sure lnb information is correct. For some reason this info changed itself.

Did you do a factory reset before blind scanning?

I think the only locals you can get are from Chicago Ch 8490 to 8494
and of course a few in the 240 - 244 range
