[Not Working!] Lost of quality in some channels

I have one dish with 2 Dual LNB's having echostar 10, 11 and echostar 7 in my balcony. All in all I have four cables from the LNBs. One cable from 110 LNB goes to one splitter and another cable from 110 LNB goes to another splitter Same thing is what I see on 119 LNB. The two splitters connects to my two receivers. The one in my living room has a shorter cable and works no problem with all the channels. However the one in my bedroom runs along with 100 ft. cable and most of the time some channels only have signal but no quality. This happens when the receiver in living room is off and bedroom is on. But when I turn both of them on, I get this signal and quality in my bedroom and all channels work. Can someone suggest me what to do to fix this problem. Will satellite boosters/amplifier help if I connect two of them to the cables from both LNBs to the splitter that goes to my bedroom? Please advise. Thanks!
