Please update latest SW Message is back on SV 360 Uints and CCE on the SV 8000.
This is a temporary fix.
1) Reboot
2) Change to a Channel you want to watch by clicking the up or Down Channel till you get there. Be quick though as the Message wil reappear.
3) Park on the channel till picture comes in
4) Should you want to move to another Channel, repeat step 1)
This is definitely Bin related and util a new one is released, this can be a pain in the butt.
Hope this helps till the SV team gets their Act together. If it is not the Server issues it is the nagging Bin Issues. After 14 months one would think they could get there Act together.
If this is the only Brand FTA you have currently, might be time to consider another and keep this one as a back up.

Sitting on any of these channels may trigger CCE so as long as you stay away from these you should be free of the error.
This will increasingly get worse as the days go by and will eventually start affecting more transponders (not just the EPG ones). Then we will just have to wait for a fix from the coders.
