:confused:Can anyone please tell me if this is latest file to fix the freeze.
When I loaded this file it was read but no msg. came saying do not power off and no 2nd. reading of the file was performed like normally is the case.
I did not do the hard reboot because I was not sure to turn the receiver off and freezing is still going on. Please let me know if it is O.K. to shut he reciver off and that there is only 1 reading performed.
Just want to clear the confusion.
I just want to know if this is all there is to this file.

Well this does happen from time to time . yes you can shut it off .. it will be frozen on ---- on the front of box when you turn it back on .. to fix this you will have to load file again with cable & computer & Loader .. So you will have to hook your box up to your computer use loader you will start with box off .. load file in loader hit load file to receiver (STB) then turn receiver on from back .. the receiver will now accept file shut off then on & your up & running ....Good Luck.. It's not hard Cheers..
