Help scrambled channels

hEY how do i fix this ? i got the ultra viewsat reciever or whatever lol but i dled the new file for it and put it on my flashdrive i have and connected it to the the reciever and tried to click on the usb upgrade but nothing works plz help plz. now it says i have no channels on my sat. im using a 2 lnb head but only one is connected to the cable connector or spiliter
