[Confused!] azpremium plus

Hi guys i have an azpremium plus HD box, i have DL enigma 2 copied patch.bin to a formatted to fat 32 usb mem stik switched az box off from back ,inserted usb stick and switched it all on it comes up update from usb , ok then comes up please insert usb storage yhen sits there any idea wot is wrong?
the other thing is although my box is and connects to internet (wifi) i cannot get my pc to find it i am running windows 7

gradually getting p*****d off with it all

anyone out there can help me please

You might try another USB stick..

will do but have tried two so far

hi have done that and the box found it ok and upgraded came up with VFD and a ip address , removed usb stick i then opened azup and put the address in as per the tutorial and zilch nothing what have i missed?? all i get is on the az screen VFd and the ip address going across really am bothered now have i buggered box i even after a long time switched box off and restarted but just the same help needed please
