[Help!] 8000 while not boot

my box has power but will not boot

can's do a hard reload either.

what ever bottom i press on the remote or box the only thing that happens is the red record light flashs.

any help would be great

I think it's related to C10 & C24. I just replaced mine last week (cost only $3.50 for both at RadioShack). When I turn on my receiver, the display is blank even though the fan is on.
