bad file for 9000hd

my receiver says bad file image when i attempt to load. anybody else get this problem?

When I load the latest fix ( feb 3) to my Zip drive, Sometimes it will open on my machine and sometimes it wont open. When I do get it to open it wont let me transfer the update. Last update I had was about 3 weeks ago...I just moved from Mobile Al to Just north of Tampa..Anyone have any thoughts about what to do

Ya....I get to the SYSTEM INFORMATION screen..It shows that the file is on my flash drive but wont let me select it..When I hit OK it does nothing..I tried to reboot by the switch and nothing. I also tried to unplug and plug back in, same. Also tried another Flash drive

what you can do is re-format you thumb drive.....
