Cant find 61.5

I am aiming at the following satellites 110, 119 and 129 and 61.5
I have the pansat 9200 HD with Ninja 8psk module

I am running software version 9295
The dish and LNB type is Dish Pro
I currently have a dish pro power inserter DPP44

I am having trouble finding the 61.5 satellite to scan

does any one have any suggestions

Port 1 119 7ku

Port 2 110 8.1 Ku

Port 3 129 Eco 5

port 4 61.5 ????
