Captive Works CW-600s

I just downloaded the loader (1.06) and the fix (1.74) and when i turn on the receiver to upload the new fix it does not do anything. Can anybody advise me on what to do in order to upload the new fix?

soubi the fix for cw700 is no good is version 100
same with cw600 and 800
